G10 1.5mm Garolite Sheet | 3D Print Surface

We offer this popular material in many standard sizes and ideal thickness for 3D printing requirements as 1mm, 1.5mm and 2.5mm. It can easily be cut with a razor blade to fit nonstandard bed sizes.

Note: As the product comes without protective foil, there might be some minor scratches which can be polished away. If you’re finding prints aren’t sticking despite your best efforts, you can use PVA glue on the bed to give it a little extra hold as well as 220 grit sandpaper to add some texture to the bed surface for your print to grab onto. You do need to be careful on your choice of glue stick, because some “school glue sticks” are actually not PVA and don’t make mention of it on their labels.

Our Build Plate is the perfect solution for hard to stick filaments such as nylon PA6 and PA12 as well as high temp filaments.

• Garolite Build Plates are the perfect solution for hard to stick filament such as nylon. Also compatible with common filaments like PLA, PETG, and TPU.
• Material is semi-flexible so this surface can replace your glass bed and be removed and flexed to “pop” prints off.
• This surface requires a heated bed. It will not work well if your bed cannot heat. 
• TPU can be printed with no heat and still sticks almost too well.
• Nylon or PETG work without heat, it does help however to have a little bit of heat just like PLA. A bed temperature of 65°C works well for both nylon and PETG.

After you used this material for printing you can continue to use it for other projects. It is very popular for custom knife handles or any other project where you could use a board.
