Engineered for reliability, PET-CF boasts excellent printability. The carbon fibre infusion helps to inhibit warping, resulting in a more stable and successful printing process. It prints smoothly without a heated chamber and requires only a moderate bed temperature of 70-80°C.

Compared to nylon-based carbon fiber filaments, eSUN PET-CF offers a high modulus and low creep, ensuring your parts will hold their shape under long-term stress. For applications requiring even higher heat tolerance, the material’s temperature resistance can be further enhanced with a simple post-printing annealing process.

Printing Recommendations:
- Nozzle: A hardened steel nozzle (or equivalent) is required due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber.
- Drying: For optimal results, dry the filament at 80°C for 8 hours or more before printing.
- Print Bed: 70-80°C
